Dispute resolution

Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Charkhi Dadri, Haryana.

Generally, transactions are conducted smoothly on the Website/Stores. However there may be some cases where both the Buyers and Ziloty Shopping may face issues. Ziloty Shopping’s Dispute Resolution Process is as follows – When there is a dispute between the Buyers and Ziloty Shopping, both Parties shall make all attempts to mutually and amicable resolve such dispute. Failure to do so shall give the aggrieved Party the right to institute appropriate proceedings under the scope of law. 

What is a ‘dispute’? A ‘Dispute’ can be defined as a disagreement between a Buyer and Ziloty Shopping in connection with a transaction on the Website/Stores

How does a ‘dispute’ occur in the Marketplace? a) Disputes are filed as a result of a disagreement between the Buyer and Ziloty Shopping. Disputes arise out of an issue that is raised by either party not being completely satisfied with the resolution of their complaint/issue. b) It is important that before a Buyer/Ziloty Shopping raises a dispute, they should attempt to solve the issue.

Replacement Policy

Definition

Replacement refers to the process of replacing a product due to valid reasons.

Valid Reasons for Replacement

  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Defective product
  • Missing items
  • Wrong product delivered

Conditions

  • Replacement request must be raised within 10 days of delivery
  • Customer must provide reason for return
  • Ziloty Shopping reserves the right to approve or reject the request

Process

  • Customer raises request via official contact
  • Approval/rejection will be communicated
  • If approved, product must be returned first
  • Replacement will be dispatched after receiving the product

  • If product is unavailable, refund may be issued instead of replacement
